Water-Smart was born on March 3rd., 1995. Jerre T. Stallings, known in this business as "Tom The Toilet Man" came upon the idea of this company from a low flow water conservation product called the "aqua saver" or "little blue toilet widget". What once started as a small one- man, one product business has evolved into a full-fledged, high technology water conservation company.
